Any configuration item you track — an application, server, database, licence, capability, vendor and so on. Your plan is the tier your total record count falls into.

Can I start without paying?

Yes. The app is free to open and use while we finish billing. When plans go live you'll pick the tier that fits your estate.

Where does my data live on a paid plan?

Exactly where it does on the free one — in your browser, on your device. Paid tiers unlock features, not access to your data. We never hold it.

Do you offer annual billing or gov/edu pricing?
